Yes. We can arrange for a block of rooms which will provide your guests with a special rate and a code to book online. Our Sales Team will discuss details with you once the signed Event Agreement is received
Contact us with the date you are interested in and we will send you an Event Agreement which needs to be signed and returned within 10 business days.
The initial deposit will be $2,500.00 and is due with the signed event agreement. A 2nd deposit will be taken 6 months prior to the event (may vary depending on how far out the event is booked), this deposit will be for 50% of your estimated total.
Final payment is due 5 days prior to event, when final guest counts are provided.
Yes! We can accommodate any dietary need. We recommend knowing them in advance so we are prepared.
Yes! Our Bell Staff can deliver your Welcome Bags as your guests arrive for a charge of $4.00 each for generic bags or $6.00 each for name specific bags. The bags cannot be passed out at the Front Desk.
