Jupiter Beach Renourishment

Palm Beach County Shore Protection Project has scheduled a renourishment of Jupiter Beach to repair erosion, replace sand and repair sand dunes. A stabilized beach and dune will provide storm protection, more beautiful beachfront, and a safe sea turtle nesting habitat. Work will occur daily until completion, with potential construction noise and equipment visible at times.


Yes. Jupiter Inlet District has advised that the beach will remain accessible. There may be different access points depending on where work is occurring.

Yes. Kayaks and paddleboards will also still be available and bookable through our Waves beach concierge if ocean conditions allow.

Yes. Beach service will continue to be available from dawn to dusk.

Yes. You can still expect cocktails, beer, and light bites with service from our beachfront tiki bar, The Sandbar.

No, but construction equipment may be visible at times.

There is potential for construction noise depending on where the crew is on the beach. The county has to work around the clock to complete the project but does its best to minimize the impact overnight.
