INTIMATE CELEBRATIONS AT THE LODGE | FOR EVENTS UP TO 20 GUESTS
BANQUET CHARGE DISCLOSURE | An administrative charge of 22% will be added to all food and beverage pricing for the administration of your event and will be retained by the resort. The administrative charge is not a gratuity or tip and will not be distributed to the resort employees. All function room, food and beverage, related services, and the administrative charges are subject to NYS sales tax in effect on the date(s) of your function(s). In the case of exceptional service, please feel free to add a tip and 100% of such tip will be distributed to the employees as directed by you. Tips are not subject to NYS sales tax

The Lodge is a private resort requiring a minimum of 50% of your guests to be staying at the resort if accommodations still available.

A minimum stay requirement of two or three nights will apply.

Outdoor amplified music only permitted with resort buyout, local noise ordinance of 10pm applies for all amplified music both indoor and outdoor.

The Lodge is a private resort requiring a minimum of 50% of your guests to be staying at the resort for parties under 40. For parties of 40 and over, a buyout of all 30 accommodations is required. A minimum stay requirement of two or three nights will apply.

All 30 accommodations need to be guaranteed for a two or three-night stay pattern.
