Catherine Joyce
Catherine Joyce has been with Opal Collection for 14 years and in hospitality for three-plus decades. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to educate clients about the unique experiences offered at Opal destinations and properties in order to help them book the perfect location. As a member of MPI-PHL, MPI-NJ, MPI-Greater NY, GP-PCMA, NY-PCMA, and Site Northeast USA, she has built numerous relationships and has worked with companies like Comcast, Johnson & Johnson, Unisys, US Healthcare, The Phillies, NY Life Insurance, and many more. Her sales territory is the geographic area of the US Northeast, specifically Maine down through Virginia and over to eastern Ohio.

Matt Pave
Matt Pave is a 25- plus-year hotel veteran with the company who has been selling the Opal Collection since the luxury portfolio’s inception. During his tenure, he’s helped plan hundreds of meetings and events for all types of groups. Whether your group needs 10 rooms or 250, he’ll make sure your group has the best experience on-site and has a knack for earning loyal, returning groups who then travel throughout our collection. His sales territory is the geographic area of the US Southeast (North Carolina to Florida), South Central, and western Texas (Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Arlington).

Sara Mahoney
Sara Mahoney’s 30-plus years of experience in the industry includes convention bureaus, as well as other national sales positions, developing strategic sales, client development, and innovative revenue growth. That said, her greatest strength is her keen attention to detail, ensuring clients’ needs are clearly communicated to our Opal property sales teams, allowing them to exceed expectations and turn client experiences into cherished memories. Her sales territory is the geographic area of the US Midwest, California, Wyoming, Colorado, eastern Texas (Houston, Austin, and San Antonio) and western Ohio.
