One Chef Required per Station per 75 Guests | 200 per chef
A 75- surcharge will be added to the menu when prepared for fewer than the guest minimum. Two-hour maximum serve time for all items. Due to current pricing fluctuations of food and beverage items, pricing cannot be confirmed until three months prior to your event. Prices do not include a 23% taxable service charge and 7% Florida State tax.
