Our Course
With narrow, hard-wood lined fairways and undulating greens, Sagamore Golf Course is both breathtaking and challenging. This 18-hole, par-70 championship golf course was designed by legendary architect Donald Ross, the mind behind iconic courses including Seminole Golf Club, Pinehurst No. 2, and Oakland Hills.
The course was built in 1928, underwent a stunning restoration in the 1980s, and has become a must-play for golfers near and far. The experience is unforgettable from the very first hole, a par-4 that dips downhill and offers stunning vistas of Lake George and the Adirondacks in the distance. Lush foliage among the hills and ponds of the course adds beauty to every twist and turn.

OUR POLICIES
Tee Times: The general public may make tee times two weeks in advance of play. Resort guests are strongly encouraged to book their tee times as soon as they confirm their room reservation. Non-Guest times may be reserved with a credit card 14 days in advance. Online tee time reservation require a minimum of two players; Sagamore Golf Club reserves the right to add players to make a foursome. Singles are welcome to call the Pro Shop at (518) 743-6380 to reserve a time.
Cancellation Policy: Please contact us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reduce the number of players. If you need to cancel your tee time, please be courteous and cancel when you know you cannot make your time. Our policy requires that you cancel 48-hours in advance of your booked time. Tee time cancellations made inside of 48-hours or no-shows will carry an automatic charge to the credit card used to secure the tee time for the full amount of the reservation.
Dress Code: No denim blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts, tennis shorts, short shorts, halter tops, mesh shorts, gym shorts, or swimwear. Those not in appropriate attire will not be allowed access to our golf facilities.
Shuttle Service: Shuttle service from the resort to the golf course is provided on demand for resort guests.
Nine-Hole Play: Nine-hole rates are not available until 3pm
Pairings: We reserve the right to pair players together.
