The Conference Center consists of the 10,800-square-foot Sagamore Ballroom, which is divisible into three sections. Additionally, the building also showcases three 920-square-foot meeting rooms across the hall as well as office space and storage, making us the ideal locale for hosting several meeting programs simultaneously. The outside lawn and terrace are adjacent to this building.

The largest facility of its kind at any resort in the Adirondack State Park, the 11,664-square-foot Event Center is a fully-functional exhibit hall that can host up to 100 10×10 exhibit booths. The Event Center is also large enough to host auto shows and designed to accommodate heavy equipment while providing easy access for set-ups and break-downs.
The Sagamore’s Historic Hotel features five meeting rooms, including the 2,520-square-foot Dollar Island Room, the 720-square-foot Diamond Island Room, and two executive boardrooms.
The Shelving Rock Terrace is a tented, climate-controlled venue with panoramic views of Lake George and a sweeping lakeside lawn area. An innovative setting for guests seeking an outdoor venue with indoor comforts, Shelving Rock Terrace offers an enchanting backdrop for banquets, cocktail parties and wedding receptions. For seated events, this venue hold 220 guests.
In addition to our indoor meeting facilities, The Sagamore Resort boasts over 20,000 square feet of breathtaking outdoor event space including the Lower Veranda Terrace, the Pool Deck West, the Mountain View Lawn, the Pavillion, Lakeview Lawn, and the newly-renovated Dollar Terrace and the Front Lawn – many showcasing views of Lake George or the majestic peaks of the Adirondacks.
The resort’s own 72-foot replica of a turn of the century motoring vessel, The Morgan, offers daily sightseeing cruises on Lake George and can also be reserved for private group dinner cruises for up to 80 guests. Fully heated and air-conditioned, the lower level is enclosed in glass allowing for panoramic views of the lake and mountains while the open air top deck is a perfect start and finish to any event.
