The Hunter Ballroom is our signature grand ballroom, with 15-foot coffered ceilings, wainscoting, and elegant chandelier lighting. The ballroom makes for a stunning grand entrance to your reception. Whether you opt for a casual buffet, chef-attended action stations, or a formal plated meal, our tantalizing menu options please even the most discerning palate with a focus on artfully presented, fresh, seasonal ingredients. As the lights dim and your guests take to the dance floor, there’s nothing left to do but relax, celebrate, and enjoy the company of loved ones as the sound of laughter is carried away on the warm Gulf breeze. It can accommodate as many as 400 guests.

At 3,400 square feet, the Harbor Ballroom features a private pre-function space, and can be divided to accommodate smaller events. With expansive windows that overlook the resort and the legendary Pier 60, your guests will enjoy the view in climate-controlled comfort. It can accommodate up to 150 seated guests.

The intimate Cove Ballroom, at 1,000 square feet, enjoys sweeping Gulf views through a wall of windows and will lend an air of sophistication to even the smallest event. It can accommodate up to 50 seated guests.
Capacity: 125-400 Guests
Our outdoor wedding venues include the Gulf Lawn and the Pool Lawn. The Gulf Lawn features 6,750 square feet of space to celebrate, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. It can accommodate up to 400 guests. The Pool Lawn includes 2,112 square feet and features stunning views of the waterfall and pool, with space for as up to 125 guests.
Our beach is the most popular ceremony location at Sandpearl Resort – and for good reason. Clearwater Beach continues to garner awards and accolades as one of the premier beaches in the world. Impeccably maintained, with powdery white sand and clear, shallow water, the beach is as versatile as it is beautiful. Smaller ceremonies are held on South Beach, while larger ceremonies can be accommodated on North Beach South Beach accommodates 150 guests
North Beach accommodates 275 guests.

Exchange your vows on our white-sand beach at sunset, or say ‘I Do’ on our lush Pool Lawn with its cascading waterfall and spectacular beach views. We also invite you to enjoy your first dance under the Hunter Ballroom’s 15-foot coffered ceilings, or cut your wedding cake in front of the Harbor Ballroom’s expansive windows that look out over the resort and Pier 60. For more intimate receptions, the Cove Ballroom boasts a wall of windows that frame beautiful views of the Gulf, while Caretta’s private dining room is ideal for wedding dinners with up to 35 friends and family members.

You are required to have a planner for your wedding. There are various levels of planning and you can discuss with your planner which is right for you. Your coordinator will be responsible for setting up your personal décor, keeping the day of the wedding running according to your timeline as well as being the liaison with all outside wedding vendors. Your Catering Sales Manager is the operational liaison with the resort, coordinating all of menu planning, tastings, floor plans, set up details of function space and banquet staff.
If you choose to hold your ceremony at the Sandpearl, we do require a $1,800 ceremony fee. This fee includes a rehearsal the day before your wedding, preparation of the wedding location, white garden chairs, citrus water station, security and indoor back up space in the event of inclement weather.
Yes we can. Please let your Catering Sales Manager know of any guests that might need special meal accommodations no later than 7 days prior to your wedding.
All food and beverage for your wedding must come from the Resort. However, we do not provide the wedding cake, so you are welcome to select the bakery of your choosing to provide the wedding cake or other desserts.
At the Sandpearl Resort, we now offer a special promotional code that you and your guest may use when booking rooms through our website. This code allows you to book any of our room types on their own. The rate does fluctuate based on hotel occupancy and availability which means that the discount percentage may change and the minimum length of stay may change as we approach your wedding weekend.
We do have our Preferred Vendor List for those who need some assistance getting started. These vendors have worked at the Resort many times and are familiar with all of our rules and regulations as it pertains to weddings. If you have a vendor that is not on our list, they must be approved by you Catering Sales Manager as well as have the necessary insurance required by the Resort.
The Resort provides white garden chairs for outside weddings and banquet chairs for indoors, round white linens, white china, glassware, and resort style centerpieces for reception and/or dinner, glass votive candles, stage and indoor dance floor.
For all weddings of 60+ guest will have a complimentary tasting with our Culinary Team for four guests. Any additional guest will be $100 per person additional. This charge will be added to your final invoice for your wedding.
Yes we have many locations located on the Resort property where you can do either of those events. As well as post wedding brunches which provides a nice send off to your guest after a wonderful weekend.
