Menus
All menus should be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to your wedding day. We can always customize a menu; please ask your catering sales manager.
Final head count is due 14 days prior to your event. Charges will be based on this minimum guarantee or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater.
Due to responsible liquor practices, the bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Cash bars and consumption bars are subject to a fee of $150 per bartender. Open bars include the bartender fee in the per-guest price. A police detail at $70 per hour is required for all events of more than 75 people where alcohol is being served. Wentworth by the Sea reserves the right to refuse liquor service to anyone who cannot produce a valid form of identification, per New Hampshire state law.
Wentworth by the Sea is responsible for all food and beverage being served. In accordance with state law, no outside food or beverage may be brought into the event.
All outdoor functions will be assigned a backup space for inclement weather. The decision to move an outside function indoors will be made three hours prior to the scheduled start time. We will consult with the event contact; however, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
Deposits are nonrefundable. The initial deposit is 25% of the estimated total, with 50% due six months prior to the event and 25% due three months prior. The balance is payable in full 14 days prior to the event date. Any additional charges will be billed at the conclusion of the event. Any credits will be refunded within two weeks of the event. Payments may be made by cash, check, cashier’s check, or credit card.
All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 8.5% tax.
Due to current pricing fluctuations of food and beverage items, pricing cannot be confirmed until sixty days prior to your event.
