Spa Etiquette
In order to have the most treatment choices and options, we encourage you to schedule appointments at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Prices and spa hours are subject to change without notice.
Please check in at The Spa reception desk 15 to 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax and set your mind to a peaceful and tranquil mood. Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.
Cancellations, changes and reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid being charged in full.
All aspects of your treatment can be modified to your taste: amount of pressure, light, music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Conversation in the relaxation room and spa hallways should be kept at a low volume.
A service charge of 20% is automatically added to your service as a convenience. Additional gratuities for superior service are always appreciated.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it to your therapist. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.
It is our pleasure to host a private spa event. Please contact the Spa Director for details.
It is advisable not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment. We recommend that you avoid the consumption of alcohol and drink plenty of water on the day of services.
If you prefer either a male or female therapist, please let the Spa Desk Agent know at the time of booking.
We provide robe and sandals at The Spa. Treatment protocol allows modest draping throughout your services; however, for your comfort and privacy, you may wear a bathing suit or undergarment.
In order to avoid all worries and stress, we advise leaving all jewelry and valuables at home or in your room safe.
A spa is a great place to get a little alone time. Our spa facilities are limited to children ages 16 and over.
Gift cards may be purchased through the hotel front desk.
Continue your Spa Experience at home; all spa products are available in our retail area. Shipping is available for your convenience.
We will gladly exchange, replace or credit your retail purchase within 15 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags intact accompanied with the original receipt.
As part of our Eco-Awareness efforts, we strive to conserve. We do not use animal-tested products. We recycle and use recycled, bulk and local products when possible so that we can not only enhance your appearance and health, but that of our earth. Being respectful of your environment is part of the spa experience. Using only the number of towels necessary during your visit helps us to achieve our goal.
