Our 2,752-square-foot Zara Zota Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests theater-style, or up to 170 for a stylish corporate banquet. This sophisticated space is also divisible into two separate to best suit your meeting requirements, and is adjacent to an additional 1,925 square feet of pre-function space ideal for networking events and conferences registrations. Our expert events team is ready to set you up for success with audiovisual enhancements you need to achieve your goals. With a full-service business center, outstanding concierge services, and enviable resort amenities including our 24/7 fitness center and infinity-edge outdoor pool, Zota Beach Resort will ensure a successful event experience both in and out of the boardroom.

The Zara Zota Ballroom features a relaxed beachside ambiance accentuated by 13-foot ceilings and chic contemporary chandeliers. The room can be divided into smaller sections if needed to accommodate more intimate gatherings.

Our 300 sq. ft. Board Room Suite will accommodate up to 14 people at a pre-existing Boardroom Table, with ergonomic executive-style swivel chairs, natural light, and offers complete privacy for a board meeting, breakout space, or private function. This room has an adjoining guestroom, which can be utilized as a sleeping room, storage, lavatory, or can be closed off completely from the Boardroom.
