FAQs
No, you do not need to reserve a chair by our pool. Pool chairs at our Sarasota beach resort are first come, first serve.
Beachside, poolside, and super (extra-large) cabanas at Zota Beach Resort are also available for rent. Please contact our concierge to reserve one for your stay.
There is an ice machine located on each floor of the hotel.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. For extended checkout times and early departures please contact the Front Desk.
Our pool and hot tub are open from dawn to dusk.
Complimentary coffee is available daily in the lobby from 7:00am to 10:00am
Our housekeeping team is available for service daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm and will service your room daily. Please contact the front desk to request a specific time for service or to request additional items.
Our signature restaurant is open until 10:00pm.
We offer self-serve coin-op laundry as well as dry cleaning services with next day return. Services are available Monday through Friday (not available on holidays and weekends). Please see the bag and details on the slips in your closet.

We welcome well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less for a non-refundable fee of $100 per night, per dog; maximum two dogs per room.
Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. We ask that dogs remain on leash at all times outside of your room.

Open dawn to dusk daily, our infinity-edge pool and sunny pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy our stunning Gulf front views with a cocktail in hand. Book one of our poolside cabanas which feature a big screen TV and a refrigerator to keep your beverages ice cold.
Enjoy our private beachfront with chairs, umbrellas and cabanas for rent. We also offer towel service to provide you with a care-free experience.
Our fitness center is located on the third level of our commercial area. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and weights are available for use.
We offer kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. Please see our beach staff to rent this equipment.

When there is a fire alarm the strobe lights in your guest room will flash and a public announcement regarding the alarm will be made. Please listen carefully to all public announcements for further instructions.
In the event of a fire, DO NOT use elevators. There are two guest stairwells for guest room floors, one at the East end of the hall, one at the West end of the hall. Please refer to the evacuation map on the back of your door for more information.
In the event of a severe weather emergency, an announcement will be made over the PA system. Please listen carefully and follow the instructions in the announcement.
